Description:
Good and quick recipe for buffalo shrimp

Serve with blue cheese dressing as dipping sauce

  1. 1/4 c Crystal Hot Sauce
  2. 1/4 c butter
  3. 1/8 tsp paprika
  4. 1/8 tsp pepper
  5. dash garlic powder
  6. 2 tsp brown sugar
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1/2 c milk
  9. 1 c all purpose flour
  10. 1 lb raw shrimp
  11. blue cheese dressing
Preparation:
  1. Rinse shrimp. Remove heads and shells. Leave tails on.
  2. Add 1 inch canola oil in electric skillet and heat to 375 degrees
Instructions:
  1. beat 1 egg in medium bowl. mix in 1/2 cup milk.
  2. add shrimp to bowl and mix to make sure shrimp are well coated with the egg mixture
  3. add 1 cup all purpose flour to 1 gallon freezer bag
  4. place shrimp in freezer bag and toss until well coated with flour
  5. fry shrimp 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown
  6. toss in buffalo sauce when done

  7. To make buffalo sauce

  8. melt 1/4 c butter in microwave
  9. mix 1/4 c Crystal hot sauce, 1/8 tsp paprika, 1/8 tsp pepper, dash garlic pwdr, 2 tsp brown sugar with melted butter
