speaking of Marcel Dareus... what is going on with TJ Barnes?... I see his latest update on Rivals is "Barn feels like home to Barnes"... and according to our commitment/prospect thread he has an offer but im assuming it's very conditional?..... these "conditional" offers are new to me.. did Shula and co use them often too?

Pretty much all verbal offers are conditional, and some written ones are.

They are conditional based on:
1) getting grades high enough or
2) not getting others rated higher on the board.

In the case of Barnes, I don't think the staff pursued him very hard.
