I guess this could mean we lost our edge on another guy, but look at this kid. He is 6'3 215, VERY similar to Julios measurables. I haven't seen him play, but LSU is recruiting him and I use that as a tool to measure a recruit. If we AND our top competition are recruiting a kid, then he is likely to have good potential. Besides, all we need to know is that CNS likes him. We have one of, if not THE, best recruiters in the nation as a head coach. He has built a staff of quality coaches of which all know how to recruit, as well. I can imagine, in a couple/few years, when we can line up a massive O-line, a bruising RB, two to four 6'3 to 6'6 200+ lb. WR, and a heisman candidate QB.....it will be so sweet to watch.
The Alabama WR prospects with an offer list of Patrick Patterson, Rueben Randle, Kevin Norwood, Kendall Kelly, and Chad Bumphis included are five of the best WRs around and all are seriously interested in Alabama.
Patterson says he is going to unofficially visit Alabama for the Ole Miss game.
Could you guys imagine landing Bowman, Kelly, Patterson, and not to mention Norwood and Bumphis. Seems to me like we are cooling on Norwood or Bumphis. But I am sure Saban has a plan....he always does.

I doubt we are cooling on Norwood. It has been speculated that he is actually our number one target at WR. He is an incredible athlete. I don't thinkwe get Bumphis, just a hunch and numbers crunch. Kelly is ours and I don't know about Patterson maybe RTO can shed some light on a realistic shot of us getting him. Would love to have Kelly, Bowman, Norwood, and Patterson. Oh man I just got chills.

Yes, we have a legitimate shot.
OM is obviously his safe choice. And, Nutt is showing the desire to throw it around a little bit more than history shows him doing with Snead.
MSU is still in it, but Patterson wants to win.
LSU may fill up at WR before he's ready to pull the trigger.
Bama may fill up at WR, too, with us clearly leading for Norwood, in it for Bumphis, at the top for Kelly, and some say still in it for Randle.

Thanks RTO. I just want to get Kelly and Norwood for WR in this class. Anyone of the others we can fit in would be spectacular.

Anyway you want to slice it no matter who we end up getting at the position they're going to be top notch. I don't think we can go wrong with any of WRs we've offered so far. JOMO.

Not yet but I believe he's scheduled to visit for the Ole Miss game with his family. If we get mama's approval I wouldn't be surprised to see a verbal soon after.

Norwood made an un-official visit to the Kentucky game and loved it so much he's planning to visit with his Mom for Ole Miss so she can "see the experience first hand".
I wouldn't be surprised if he commits on the spot.
