Both Rivals and Scout list Massie visiting Bama on 1/23 and visiting UGA on 1/30, so it looks like the Dawgs will get the last visit.
Uh oh. Not a great sign but hopefully we can still pull him in.

Indeed.
Either I am mistaken, or recently he had 'Bama as the last visit. Either way, you are right, it seems like UGA will be getting it now, and that's never a good thing. It's far from conclusive, mind you, but you always want to have the last visit, if possible.

Maybe Bama can blow him away enough, on his visit, that he will cancel his visit to UGA. Either way, if he doesn't choose Bama there is another just as good (or close) that will!!!
The best should want to play for the best and Bama is shaping up to be one of the very best in the near future........actually we already are!!!

The AJC said yesterday that UGA was "making a push" for JUCO players to come in and fill holes in their roster. They didn't name any names but everyone knows the injury trouble they have had on both the O and D line.
Couldn't Coach Saban use UGAs O-line injuries as a selling point for us; i.e. our S&C is a stronger program. They were injured and struggled to get back in action, but we had an injury to Andre and to Terrance and they were back in a couple weeks. Come to Bama and we will have you in the best shape possible, so you will be less likely to get injured.

I sincerely believe that Coach would not stoop to the degree of flaming an opponent's problems or anything negative. He doesn't need to...we're the best...

Coach Saban is only going to talk about what he, his staff, and Alabama can offer the prospect. He's never going to go down any other road. Many of last year's signees talked about how refreshing it was to be recruited by Coach Saban, while other SEC programs tried to talk down the competition.

Coach Bryant, after announcing his retirement, was asked if he was dissappointed that an Alabama player had never won the Heisman Trophy while he was the coach. He said, "No!", and added, "At Alabama our players do not win Heisman Trophies, our teams win national championships."

If you're selling a Mercedes there is no use talking about a VW!!!!
I was listening to Randy Kennedy's show on WNSP last night and he said that he felt that we had room for one more offensive lineman and that it would come down to Massie or William Campbell. The first one to take the spot would get it. He seemed to think that we have a legitimate shot at Campbell.

We'll take Massie regardless of the situation. He's that good.
