Haven't seen anything recently regarding him.? Has he set visits yet?

Another question: Did Massie sign with anyone out of HS?

No real breaking news on Massie just yet. He still remains very interested in us, as we are with him, and honestly I think he'll eventually sign with us (IMHO).

And no, he did not sign with anyone coming out of high school. He intentionally went to Hargrave uncommitted so he could have a full slate coming out a year later, and that is what happened. He could have signed with many good programs, but chose not to.

I read a premium article on him today. He said he has narrowed his list to Alabama, Georgia, Miami, North Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Clemson and Virginia Tech.

He said Alabama and Miami will make his next cut and these are the only two schools he's scheduled visits to at this point.

I don't know if Alabama will get him or not, but I feel good about our chances.

Out of HS I think Va Tech was the closest to getting him and probably would have had he been able to qualify. But they're barely in it right now.

A few months ago he claimed his top 3 to be Alabama (who he had said may be his favorite earlier in the summer), Clemson and Georgia. I thought it would come down to Bama and Georgia (with us winning out), and now I think he will sign with us.

I agree it certainly looks like it is between Bama and UGA with Miami hanging in there in 3rd place. Hoepfully he will choose Bama.

He committed to VT out of HS but didn't qualify. I think it's a UA/UGA fight IMO. Him and Fluker on the line would be AMAZING!

It looks like CHN and Ole Miss are getting in the mix. I still think it will come down to either Bama or UGA.

OT Bobby Massie talks recruiting

In a video interview, Massie said he would take all five visits and announce on National Signing Day.

He has a visit scheduled for December 12th to Miami, and then he has visits in January scheduled to Georgia and Alabama. He's still got to get his last couple of visits pounded out, but it seems like we are going to get his last visit, and that is rarely a bad thing.

Both Rivals and Scout list Massie visiting Bama on 1/23 and visiting UGA on 1/30, so it looks like the Dawgs will get the last visit.
