Re: 2011 Alabama Commitments and Prospects List (Updated 5/21)
I think Bama has more than a decent shot at Kenny Hilliard. I do think that LSU does have the edge but he seems to be open to other schools right now and Bama is included in his top three favorites. None of which have offered him yet. Hillard is named first team in the Sophomore All-Americans list below.
Perhaps the two most talented players on the Callaway squad are 2011 prospects Quan Bray and LaMichael Fanning. The 5-foot-11, 178-pound Bray already has verbal offers from Alabama, Clemson and West Virginia.
Schools can't send written offers to rising juniors until Sept. 1.
Bray played running back as a freshman and sophomore but is switching to quarterback as a junior.
"I think he could play in the secondary somewhere. I think he could play running back or could be a receiver," Wiggins said. "For us, as a freshman, he rushed for 1,050 yards. As a sophomore this past year, he rushed for just over 1,100.

CNS carpet-bombing the state of Georgia yet again, I love it!!! We're slowly but surely opening some very rich pipelines into that very fertile state.

Is anyone paying attention to any 2012 kids? I've got a couple on my radar that I've heard good things about.
You can discuss the 2012 prospects in this thread if you like or you can start a separate thread on the recruiting board, either way. We will include them in the 2012 Alabama Commitments and Prospecs List when we start it up.

I know that this kid's coach thinks he's the best frosh in Alabama...6'2 frosh QB who led a 6A team into the playoffs and a 6-5 record. 18 total TD's..
