Why would he name Auburn his leader in the first place if the above is true. Makes no sense. Great news, nonetheless.

Maybe, because Auburn has shown a great deal of interest or extended him an offer.
Although, it seems like now the good guys are on the scene. RTR!

Looks like Coach Saban and staff are already well on the way to locking up the top ten prospects in the state of Alabama for 2011.

I said in the prospects thread at the top that it wouldn't take Florence long to re-think his decision to have the barn out in front, and well there you go.

WR Maurice Harris a HS teammate of Keenan Allen has an Alabama verbal offer. He was offered after attending the Nick Saban Crimson Tide Camp II. Harris has expressed interest in playing with Keenan Allen in college.

This would be yet another big steal straight out of Auburn's backyard... Valley is only about 25 minutes away from Jordan-Hare Stadium.
