The mammoth The 6' 8", 250 pound defensive end for Mississippi Gulf Coast CC is back home in Baltimore (MD) waiting to start school back in July.
"Alabama is trying to get me down there too. They are saying the same thing. Their coach did not want to tell me anything about Alabama. He wanted me to see it for myself. The guy who recruits me for Alabama coached with my defensive coordinator at MS Gulf Coast CC, so they have that connection. He came in and was saying the same things. He told me he was going to give me a call. They want me and DT James Carmon and FS Damien Jackson to come over there and be impact players."

OG Torrian Wilson has an Alabama offer. He received the Bama offer a few days ago and he named his favorites as Alabama, Michigan, Stanford, Tennessee, and UCLA, in no particular order.

Just curious. Why would a four star from Florida not have an offer from UF?

If he's more advanced than his dad, one can be sure that the college recruiters will have their eye on young Humphrey. Some of them already do -- Arkansas, Southern Miss and UAB have offered the 6-foot-2, 185-pound Maudrecas, who had 50 catches for 824 yards and 10 touchdowns last season, and Alabama and Auburn have shown interest.

He is. Check the WR list.
I thought he was playing RB. My bad.

Re: 2010 Alabama Commitments and Prospects List (Updated 5/21)
RB Ken Malcome named his leader and top five favorites and Alabama is not included among them. I have already removed him from the prospect list even though he says that he plans to visit Bama this summer. Right now it does not look very promising that Bama will make it into his top favorites list or sign him.
Most of the top programs in the ACC and SEC have offered Ken Malcome a scholarship. He has become one of the top backs in the South and he has researched all of the schools that have offered him. After looking at his options, one school has moved to the top.

Georgia is the latest program to offer cornerback Tony Grimes (Hollywood, Fla./Hollywood Hills). The Bulldogs join Miami-FL and Alabama in offering recently, ESPN's JC Shurburtt reports.
• Cornerback Tony Grimes (6-0, 166) of Hollywood Hills (Hollywood, Fla.) has become one of the hottest prospects in Florida over the past few weeks. He has received offers from such schools as Miami, Maryland, Michigan, West Virginia and many others. Now you can add Alabama to that list. "Nick Saban produces nothing but ballers and league-bound cornerbacks," Grimes said.

Alabama became the latest school to offer South Paulding cornerback Ryan Ayers a scholarship Wednesday. Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban confirmed the offer in a conversation with Ayers’ coach, Tim Glanton.
Ayers, a 5-foot-10, 175-pound junior, continues to rack up the offers. Alabama’s comes two days after South Carolina jumped in during a metro-area sweep in which it has concentrated on bolstering its future secondary.

As mentioned on page one of this thread ATH/DE Delvin Jones has an Alabama offer. It has been over two weeks since the offer and neither Scout.com or Rivals.com are listing the offer or including Bama among his favorites in his profiles. I am listing him as an ATH in the prospect list.
