Re: 2010 Alabama Commitments and Prospects List (Updated 6/29)
RB Kendrun Malcome has narrowed his list down to two favorites. He will be choosing between UGA and UF and he said he would like to make his decision soon. I removed him from the Bama prospect list.

5-star ATH Matt Elam says that he is still committed to Florida but he plans to take official visits to Georgia, Alabama, West Virginia and Virginia Tech. I don't expect him to be a serious Bama prospect but if he visits anything could happen. Right now he is still being listed as a solid verbal to UF but if he does indeed take visits then he will be listed as a soft verbal. I added him to the Bama prospect list.
Good decision by Malcome, he's a much better fit in UGA's system. I expect Brown to do the opposite and choose UF, as he's likely better suited in Meyer's spread.

Prospect Zack Underwood (OL, Albertville) has gotten offer from Louisville, but is leaning towards Vandy, according to article in today's Sand Mountain Reporter. Talked to SMR sports editor who interviewed him, and he said nothing about UA came up in interview.

I removed Underwood from the prospect list. I had left him on there because in late May he said that he was planning on camping at Alabama this summer. Obviously that did not happen and it is rather apparent that he is an OG/C prospect which Bama is not pursuing.
Here is a link to the article you are referring to.
Saint Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) prospect Brandon Linder revealed his final four to ESPN affiliate Web site InsideTheU.com.
"Miami, Florida, Notre Dame, and Ohio State," Linder said. "For each school, it's basically the same thing. Great school, great education, great coaches, winning program, and a place that I feel like I fit in."
