You have to love to hear that Michael Bowman is now qualified and cleared by the NCAA and he expects to enroll at Alabama in July.
I was really pulling for him and he seemed confident for a while now that he would make it. I can't wait to see Bowman and Julio on the field at the same time. Lookout!

I see Bowman having the potential to become a dominant possession receiver — a huge target with catcher's mitt hands who can be expected to make the grab if it's just thrown in his vicinity.
Physically, he reminds me of Earl Alexander (hopefully without the same injury bug!), with way more polish as a receiver coming out of high school.
He's got the size and physical ability to help us this season.

Earl was a QB in high school while Bowman has been a receiver for a while. He should be ready to make an immediate impact in the receiving corps.

Right. I remember watching Earl's film of him running around at QB and thinking he could be quite a WR if he could get a feel for the position.
He went to high school in Phenix City, right? Did you ever get the chance to see him in person?
No I wasn't down here when Earl was in HS I was still stationed up at Fort Bragg. I have always liked Earl's potential and hopefully he can make a bigger impact this year.

Well from a size standpoint he could certainly be JJ's counterpart.
