The word out is that we should expect a commitment from a 4* or better player within the next 3 or 4 days. I was thinking Victor Beasley would be our next commit but he is a 3* on Scout and Rivals. Any guesses as to who this will be?
Re: Rumblings of 4* or better commit in next 4 days
I don't have a definite answer on this right now but there are some who have said Fulton may go ahead and commit. Take for a grain of salt right now and I'll keep an ear to the tracks for the next couple of days.

Re: Rumblings of 4* or better commit in next 4 days
This is something currently making the rounds on the rumor mill, and from the outset it should be, as always, pointed out that this is a completely unverified rumor, and as such it may have absolutely no validity whatsoever. It could be just some guy sitting in his undies one morning with nothing better to do... always keep that in mind.
Now, if, and I repeat if, this is true, then you can probably make some pretty decent guess over who it might be...
Vogler looks to decide after taking an overnight visit to UA, which isn't planned until later, so it likely isn't him. Fulton, as of a few days ago, pushed his decision back to December (which I really hated to hear, as an aside). Damien Robinson and C.J. Mosley all look to decide late in the process, as does Vincent Sanders. Jakar Hamilton is deciding shortly, but he's UGA bound. I guess Keenan Allen could be a possibility, but I doubt it.
Really the only one that I know of that is a four-star who might commit soon, one way or the other, is Corey Grant. Hopefully it's true and hopefully the recruit is Grant, but again there's no firm information that would verify that.
I hate to sound like a buzzkill here, but again I think we should all keep in mind that this is very much a rumor at this point. Hopefully it will work out well for us, but I wouldn't overly get my hopes up just yet.

Agreed that's why I clarified it as rumblings. What is the timeline for Stone to commit?

The last I heard was sometime during the season, or perhaps later. He might be a kid that goes closer to NSD. Either way, he's not expected to be deciding now...
I for one hope we have all of our slots filled by 9/30/09 for next year's signing day. If they want the media attention and drama of holding out until NSD, then they'll miss the bus.
