He is so well spoken. It sounds like he is a natural leader.

I like that confidence:

Who's got the strongest arm? "Me."

Who's the most accurate? "Me."

Re: QB Phillip Sims at Super Seven

No doubt Sims has all the tools needed to be on of the best ever at Bama, but so does AJ, I still think AJ will be our starting QB after McElroy leaves..From what videos I've seen, AJ makes all the throws Sims does, and has a cannon of arm just like Sims..I hope AJ RS's this year, but my gut feeling says he won't, he will be our backup QB when we play The Hokies..That's not a bad thing if it happens, AJ will get mop up duty playing time, and that will have him more prepared to takeover after McElroy is gone..That will allow Sims to RS so he will more time learn the system..The only negative is Star will be the odd man out( I just have a feeling he will never play a down as a QB at Bama)..Flame away..JMHO..

I agree with you about Star. I don't think he will ever be what we thought he was. Sadly, i disagree about AJ. I've been underwhelmed by him throughout the process. Sims really impresses me though. I've complained about our quarterback position for the last decade, but in hindsight, I would have loved to see Brodie run the offense last season.

One can only imagine what records may have fallen if Brodie would have had last years offensive line, even with a run emphasis.

Re: QB Phillip Sims at Super Seven

The news report said P Sim's opening game of the season would be televised by ESPN on August 28. That should be fun to watch and Bama football will be a part of the discussion. RTR!
