I'm not prepared to attempt forecasting who it will be but I'm expecting more like 9 more There will probably be a couple who do not actually sign .

I'm really hoping that LCN is right, but we've got 19 commitments already -- not counting Bolton or Lewis -- plus we've also got to make room for four greyshirts and Phelon Jones as well, and you've also got to take into consideration that some of the attrition created to fit the 2009 class came from rising seniors (Higgenbotham, etc.) and that too will reduce the size of the 2010 class.
I've been busy as can be and out of the loop for the past few weeks, but it sounds like it is going to create one heck of a numbers crunch in the very near future. I'm really hoping LCN is right and we can add 7-9 more guys, but I wouldn't be overly shocked if we had room for only about 3-4 more from here.
With Harrison Jones we have 21 commitments. Those 4 grayshirts have to be counted with this group, so that puts us at 25; we can only take 28
That would leave 3 slots For my money I would push hard for Keenan Allen, C J Mosely and James Stone if you could squeeze one or two more I would go hard for Ladarius Owens or the Juco CB Harris. I would go with Owens because he is an Alabama kid, has talent, and just to keep Auburn from getting him. We are not going to have space for Gabe King, Alfy Hill, Damien Robinson, Kyle Prater, LB Luc, or James Carmon... et al. Forget Fulton he lives in SC so go to USC be on TV maybe once, twice if they play US Why dig a hole that might force someone we have now to quit just to make room Keep signing all 4-5 star kids and at some point we will be saturated in talent and these kids know they will not see the field until soph or junior yr They have been told all their lives they are great and will play immediately No & team first are not words they know or accept Fine so stand on sidelines and watch us win 2 or more NC in the next few years
The grayshirts will only count towards our scholship max. I am pretty sure they will not count against our signing of 28. But it is all the same in a sense because we only have 25 schollys to give out.
K Allen
A Hill
C Mosley
1DB Harris or Fulton
1OL Robison, Stone, or the kid from MD
Still have a few others that might replace some on my list. Either way though who ever we end up with it will be a great class and fill a lot of needs.
In reading the latest article from BOL, they suggested that James Stone may represent the "best shot at capping the unit off with a bang". Although I like Stone, I've really wanted to see Alabama add Damien Robinson or Arie Kouandjio as the last piece to the 2010 offensive line class puzzle. I just really found that statment interesting.
