LB Jordan Hicks the top rated OLB, named his top five of Ohio State, Texas, Florida, USC and Alabama, in no particular order. I still think OSU is the team to beat followed closely by Texas. However, he appears to be serious looking at all of his favorties. No word yet on a scheduled vist to Bama.
My personal choice would be Hicks, but if I had to guess I would say Bama has a better shot at Luc and even that does not seem very likely right now.
I agree. Hicks has the chance to be an elite pass rusher from the LB position, something that is highly prized in CNS's defense. That said, like you I don't believe our chances are good at landing either Hicks or Luc.

Luc hits harder and would bring tons of momentom during games after big hits.
With Florida State's struggles, and Miami possibly headed in the same direction, it seems Florida would be the team to beat. Hopefully he can see that playing in a 3-4 defense would be in his best interest. Either way he's going to be a great asset to any defense, and a three year player at the most. Heck of a talent.

Coach Bryant, after announcing his retirement, was asked if he was dissappointed that an Alabama player had never won the Heisman Trophy while he was the coach. He said, "No!", and added, "At Alabama our players do not win Heisman Trophies, our teams win national championships."
Under Armour All-American Jordan Hicks (West Chester, Ohio/Lakota West) said during Monday's teleconference that Georgia is no longer in the running, ESPN's Bucknuts.com reports.
Ohio State, Texas, Florida, USC and Alabama remain standing to battle for Hicks' signature.

Just comment from Bone about a official visit. Hicks would be a nice addition to this class for sure.
arface: scout.com picked Jordan Hicks to UA earlier, how is that recruitment going? Andrew Bone: Hicks is tentatively scheduled for an official visit for Homecoming. He plans to graduate in December as well.
