I am sure others will have better information, but from what I have read. It seems very surprising, but Tennessee has a great chance of landing Jeff Luc according to Jamie Newberg with Rivals. Although many believe that Luc will stay in state(FL, FSU?), many Tennessee insiders believe that Luc will be in Knoxville next season. Jordan Hicks has Bama on his list and I believe he came on an official visit to T-Town but I havn't heard any comments on it, for Hicks, I think Texas/Florida are the teams to beat for him.
Rivals.com(Bamaonline.com) keeps a list of official vists, but I am not sure how updated it is.

Hicks postponed his visit and might reschedule. It all depends on his HS game this Friday. If his team wins they go to the playoff and visits might be slime. I believe he is graduating in Dec. He did say that we are in it with O State, Texas, UF and I think USC. He said no one team was ahead and each one has an equal chance for his services at this point. That was from an interview on Monday. He does a national conference call every Monday from his HS. If he does not visit though I doubt our chances are very good.
I am kind of new to the whole "following recruiting thing."
Where do we find a list of official visits, and maybe the player's responses to official visits?
And what are our chances of landing Jeff Luc and Jordan Hicks, these guys look sick!
I know they are considering some top teams, like Florida, Bama, USC, Texas, Tenn, etc. but are we legitimately gaining ground on them recruiting-wise?
You can look in the links at the top of the page that Crimson Surfer has posted....scouts.com Alabama page has a football recruiting tab, click it and a drop down menu appears that has commits-prospects-etc.-AND "visits". Now all this is free but most of the time in order to hear responses you are going to have to pay for membership at a site, scouts.com, rivals.com, Crimson Confidential is another BAMA recruiting website where I get a lot of my info from.
I wouldn't get your hopes up on either Luc or Hicks, I don't expect either to wind up in Crimson.

I was really holding out hope for Jordan Hicks, but it's looking more and more likely that Alabama will just add C.J. Moseley and be done. Still a great haul with Devonta Bolton, but I just salivate at the thought of adding Hicks to what Alabama already has.

Coach Bryant, after announcing his retirement, was asked if he was dissappointed that an Alabama player had never won the Heisman Trophy while he was the coach. He said, "No!", and added, "At Alabama our players do not win Heisman Trophies, our teams win national championships."

Don't forget Alfy Hill. I think he has the chance to become a possible difference maker at the Jack spot (assuming he stays there).
