Spencer Region...OL...Cullman High School

Here is a look at the top in-state OL for the 2011 class. He is a big ole' boy, he is a man on a field of boys. They finished the season tonight 10-0 and are ranked #1 in their class. Mentions his visit with Saban and Pendry last week, nothing major but he is a monster, Corn-bread-fed southern boy through and through.....

Did you attend the Cullman game last night? Tough weather conditions but an entertaining game.

Entertaining? LOL, I followed it on the web. Cullman is, hands down, the best tean in 5A this year, and Spencer is a big reason...

Re: Spencer Region...OL...Cullman High School

Is Cullman the best this year in 5a? From what I hear their are 3 really good team from the Mobile area that have beat up on each other all year. Didn't Vigor win State last year? From what I hear most of their starters are sophomores. Then you have Spanish Fort and Gulf Shores. Not sure who Cullman played this year but I think 5A will be interesting. 6A on the other hand will come down to the usual suspects I think Prattville or Hoover. What do you guys think about that.

I always enjoyed the mud games. Drew Forrest in my opinion is the best player on the team. He seemed to be the best player on the field no matter the opponent. Would like to see him get D1 attention as well.

You're right about Vigor. They may win it all again this year. All they do at Vigor every year is reload.

I suspect he will be getting an offer in the future.

He is starting to turn some heads....his offers are starting to trickle in a little bit.

That has got to be disheartening to the Barners since they have absolutely no depth at OL and the best one in AL is an offer away from being in Crimson. And they are still delusional enough to think that they are matching BAMA in recruiting. Spencer, Shinn, Calloway, Fanning, Milliner....5 of the possible top 10 players 2011 already committed or naming BAMA as their leader.

Matching BAMA

Yep. I believe it's likely only a matter of time before he gets his offer too.
