I've seen a number of mentionings on other boards that he broke his leg last night.

There are lots of Internet rumblings out there right now that Love suffered a pretty nasty broken leg last night in Mountain Brook's 47-0 win over Carver.

However, we have no official confirmation of that just yet. I've read several post-game articles about it, and cannot find any mention of Love or any serious injuries.

Hopefully it's not true, but we'll see.

BOL is reporting that Wilson Love did indeed break his leg and he is expected to make a full recovery. This should not be a problem with him reporting to Bama next summer.

That is a good assumption. He will most likely be a blocking TE or an OG if he continues to get bigger.

Everything is fine. I am still alive and kicking. lol I am just away on vacation and have not been online very much at all. I am posting some this weekend and then I will be offline again for another couple of weeks. In the meantime send all Recruiting board questions to RTO22, BigEasyTider, or LCN. All other Tide Fans board questions can go to the Admins and/or Mods on the other boards.

He has multiple pins and screws and will need additional surgery for a rod to be inserted. Should make a complete recovery and will be ready for next summer.
