UA purchases 20 acres of BRYCE HOSPITAL property.....

Yeah, electricity is the amenity that I prefer over the other 2, for multiple reasons.....
Many people use LOUD GENERATORS at games, gas is $3/gallon & it adds up over a season (I know, I know, give me the standard; "if you can afford the rv you can afford the gas"

), & electricity is easy to run since the lot is not paved yet (& may not be). Water is easy to run also, but sewage requires LARGE tanks in the ground & a system to pump them....

I would like to at least have the option of electricity.....

At the current $600 per spot including tow vehicle, I SHUDDER TO THINK what a spot is going to cost me w/ hook-ups.......

I was in town a couple weeks ago & didn't notice any construction on or around the site.....I wasn't specifically looking for that though, but I don't recall any construction.

Did you build some type of enclosure? I have a large commercial Gen that I use @ the house for outages & would like to see ANYTHING that would help quieten that beast.
For tailgating though, its hard to beat the Honda EU series...very pricey, but very quiet!
