Lot 9 - University Blvd between the Cheveron station and Newks, which is next to Arby's.

Re: RV's @ baseball game?

That's correct about the lot next to Chevron....its lot 9.
On a side note, I was in TUSCALOOSA this past week & was riding around looking for potential alternate spots for RV's & I noticed they have completely covered Lot 9 with gravel! I wonder why & if they plan on doing that to lot 8 on campus Dr. I think those are/were the only 2 grass lots.

Re: RV's @ baseball game?

They covered lot 9 with gravel? We moved to that lot last year after trying it at A-day because the grass was cooler than the asphalt on lot 3. Gravel doesn’t sound like fun…..

Speaking of A-Day last year was free and this year is $85.

Sorry, I missed your reply originally...........

Yep, it's covered with gravel. About 3-4 inches worth! I DO NOT like that. That was one of the main reasons I chose that lot. Oh well, I am looking for alternatives anyway. It's not completely about the $$, I would just like to be in a different location.....

Back on topic, I really don't understand why COleman can't be used by rv's for baseball games. I'm sure there is some half-hitched reason, but you would think it would add to the "atmosphere" if they allowed it & would make weekends more exciting.....

Big A Re: RV's @ baseball game?

If we could park at Coleman for baseball it would be a greater home field advantage ,kind of like msu.But of course that would make sense wouldn't it?
