Rv Lot In T Town?

Share

Hey guys,

We are renting an RV for the Barn game this year and were told of an off campus spot... 9 blocks off campus! to park/tailgate! Obviously this is NOT what we want. Can anyone please recommend what steps/procedures I need to follow in order to get an RV spot on campus for the Barn game?

Thxs!!

www.uagameday.com I think you are out of luck. There are a few lots on campus that are free and also first come first serve. You can't get in these lots until like 6 pm Friday night

Re: Rv Lot In T Town?

IMO, the best way to get single game rv parking on campus is to find a business that you can pay to park your rv in for the weekend. The other option is to look at the sticky threads in this rv/tailgaters section & there is a link to some lots in downtown Tuscaloosa & down near the river. The marine corps lot comes to mind...it is the old Tuscaloosa Chevy lot & there is a shuttle.

Re: Rv Lot In T Town?

Ok; I give up! Man I had NO idea this is such a process! Is there any open RV parking on campus (first come; first serve)? If not, may I ask a verteran of these RV's if I might be able to buy a pass for the Barn game?

ThxS!!

Not to belittle your desire or your questions; however, your best bet would be for someone who has a reserved RV spot for the season to have a death in the family the week of the game--and that might not even free up a pass! You can pretty well rest assured that those with reserved passes for the season will be using them for that weekend, since that will be the only marquee game on campus this fall.

No first come first served on campus .The only parking like that is behind Brunos on Mcfarland, next to the mall.

Re: Rv Lot In T Town?

I have room on our lot on Bryant Dr where we park cars on gameday. The lot is about 300 yrds from the stadium. I can hold about 4 rv's. No power hookups. You can come in on fri and stay until sun. $200 per game weekend. Joel@tuscaloosaelephantwalk.com

Big A Re: Rv Lot In T Town?

Hey 64met,
There are a couple or RV'ers that wont be making the last few games. I gave them the site address to get hold of you. Hopefully they will be able to help you out.
