Goodyear Tires

I'm considering replacing the tires on our motorhome with Goodyears. We have a 35 ft. Diesel Pusher and have never had anything but Michelins on it. I would like your comments pro or con, thanks.

Re: Goodyear Tires

I am not sure if you have replaced the tires since you posted your thread. I work for a tire distributor and I would stick with Michelin and not Goodyear. I have seen and heard many ride disturbance problems with Goodyear. Since you are used to Michelin tires you won't be happy with anything less. If you don't want to pay that much I would recommend maybe some Bridgestone tires, but they are still not going to ride like a Michelin tire. I would rather ride on Kumho tires than Goodyear.

Re: Goodyear Tires

I have been rv'ing 3 years in a 42' with Michelin tires and the ride is great. I asked a friend who has been rv'ing for 20 plus years and would have nothing Michelin tires.
