News Article: RV Parking spot

I will be coming from Charleston, SC for the BAMA vs Carolina game. I need
a RV parking spot within walking distance due just getting over a heart
attack and surgery. I will not be towing. Motorhome is 35 feet long with

Ron,

You didn't get any answers I assume because they are being pretty stingy on the sharing of RV spaces this year. The tag # of the RV you're driving is written on the placard that allows you into the parking area. In my lot the lady in charge knows us and probably knows everyone that parks in that lot. Some of the other lots I'm not sure about and they may be more lenient.

I really wish there were more options, but under the circumstances, the main suggestion I can offer is to call the Bruno Event Team and explain the situation and see if they will provide any accomodations. If I had to guess, they will probably tell you about the off campus lot at Bruno's and about the Crimson Ride buses that will take you to the stadium, but it's worth a try. I have tried to find businesses near the stadium with parking lots to park our rv, but nobody is willing to offer anything. If I find anything I will be posting because it will probably require x number of rv'ers before someone will agree to anything.

If you can find a spot to park you can ride Crimson Ride to the transit location and catch a handicap shuttle that drops you right in front of the stadium. Best advice though was from KC-Call the Bruno Event team and see what they recommend. Let us know what you work out. That should be a great weekend.
