Non Quad Tailgate spot....
OK, I need some help...
For the past 7-8 years I have had a large tailgate on the QUAD with tents, tv, satellite, food, yada, yada...and lots of visitors. However, this weekend, I will not be able to get to Tuscaloosa before 9 or 10 a.m. so I am trying to remember some places on campus where I can park and set up 1 tent along with my tv/satellite. I will probably still have 10-15 people there but I am not going to worry about a lot of space for people. I know of plenty of parking places, but my main concern is the satellite and a non-obstructed view to point it. Any suggestions? I would like to be "reasonably" close to stadium but I know how it gets on gameday & parking so I will take any/all suggestions... It's amazing how much I have become accustomed to staying in the RV Friday night then going to the QUAD early Saturday. I'm a little embarrassed that I don't remember any good regular tailgating spots anymore...    THANKS in advance.

If they have the grass lot across from us ( Im in the soccer lot) open you can do it there. set up your dish and tents and grills and gen...works out good see people there alll the time do it. We do the same in soccer lot.Only difference is ours is paved. Geno B
