Purchased a bottle yesterday. I have never used it but want to. Does a little go along way ? I will mostly use it in crock pots .

Yes, a little goes a long way. Some people don't like it because it adds an "artificial" smoke taste. I think it has it's place.....just don't over do it.
^^ agree with that. I have used it before but it's not an item I have to have in my pantry. Some people love it and liquid smoke has been around since the Civil War.
I usually add a drop if I'm cooking greens, and usually a drop if I'm cooking a roast in the crock pot .... but like has been said so far, a little goes a LONG way
