Grilled up some Pork Chop Calzones this weekend...here are some pics to prove it.
Gather necessary ingrediants:
Cut a nice deep pocket in the thick cut chops, stuff with provalone, pepperoni, ham and basil leaves.
Use a couple of toothpicks to secure the pocket. Salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and put a sage leaf on both sides.
Toss on a hot grill, about 6 minutes or so on each side. Rotating after about 3minutes to get the nice grill marks.
Plated with some turnip greens, scalloped taters, corn and rosemary rolls.
