Whats cooking for Memorial Day

I'm gonna cook out for my employees at the store. Just simple things, burgers, dogs, some Boston Butts, cole slaw and potato salad.
Definately time to remember our troops and pray for the country.

Supper Pork Roast, Rice & Brown Onion Gravy, Green Beans, Cooked Carrots, Fried Cream Corn, Corn Muffins, Apple Crisp for desert, Sweet Tea.

Whatever we have looks like it won't be cooked outside on the grill -- it's stormed here all weekend. :frown:
It rained here also but I'm lucky enough to have a deck with a roof. Sunday is the first day P'cola has had any signicant rainfall, Mobile seems to get it but we don't for some reason.
