I had a new beer, a local Texas brewed in Grapevine (Dallas). It's Sir Williams. It is a brown ale. If you like Dos Equis Amber or Shiner, you'll love Sir Williams. Two thumbs up!

had a leinenkugel summer shandy after a run yesterday. it was nice and refreshing. bell's oberon ale is another good summer beer.
Alcoholic: Any selection of brown ales. It must be very cold!
Non-alcoholic: Ice cold lemonade.

A large glass of ice water with lemon or lime. If I'm working outside in this Texas heat and humidity, lots of lemon/lime Gatorade on ice to restore electrolytes. Now, why couldn't they have come up with a comparable drink like Crimson Tide Flood/Fluid/Roll/RTR/???
Now, ice cold diet lemonade from Chick-fil-A. So, good and you get refills until you are FULL.
