"You make a couple mistakes, you have a lapse, it's the first game of the year … Michigan is capable of doing it (pulling the upset), but that's unlikely in my opinion," Danielson said by phone from Ireland. "I do believe Alabama is in danger (of losing) four or five times this year, and I can't believe Michigan won't be one of those teams (that could beat them)."

He says Michigan can hang with Alabama. Well maybe...but that's not what stood out to me. He thinks we could be in danger of losing 4 or 5 times this year.

I don't even think Dubose could lose lose 4 or 5 games with this team. I actually like Danielson but he's been in the sauce I think...

Every team is 'capable' of losing 12 games, but the chances become more remote the better the team is.

This 'Bama team won't lose two games, much less four or five...

My thoughts exactly. ANY team COULD lose every game they play! But,as you stated those chances are slimmer and slimmer the better the team is. Danielson sounds like a moron even saying that. Focus on covering the ND game in Ireland...tool.

Ok, let's take worst case scenario - I see three losses max: LSU, Michigan, and Arky because of the new secondary.

I guess we could lose 4 or 5, but there would have to be a long series of catastrophes for that to happen. Probably if Danielson had money in it, he would rather have the 1 or 2 loss odds than the 4 or 5.

The only way I could see that happening is if AJ were to have to sit for any number of games. I still think we could run the ball and use the short passing game to not lose 4 or 5 games. If that wasn't his thinking then he was interviewed while sitting in an Irish Pub.

I think he just saying there are 4-5 games that will be competitive. Losing to Michigan, Arkansas, LSU, Miss St, Ucheat and tha barn is possible looking at them as single game opportunities but there isn't ANY way we lose them all. We beat all of them except the who at least 9 out of 10.
