No, although you have to be licensed in the city of Tuscaloosa to sell. Any person who isn't is taking a risk, although I don't think it's as strictly enforced as some spots. A good friend of mine got arrested for scalping in Ole Miss/Oxford one year.Several arrests for scalping. Does this happen much in T'town?

No. Most people I know that sell their tickets do so through eBay, Craigslist, Stub Hub or another online vendor. They've never had issues with selling tickets. I've sold some on eBay before and never had issues.Can you get in trouble for selling them on ebay? Is is illegal to sell tickets on ebay for more than face value?
