FWIW, TAMU was off on Oct 13.Sorry Nick. I'll call you on out of gas. TAMU has had no off weeks.
I just REALLY REALLY REALLY hate blaming the refs...especially if you're a fan of a successful college football team or pro team. Officials have been blowing calls ever since competitive sports began...it's nothing new. However, like I said, sooooooo many other valid reasons why we lost this game so why waste your breath on blaming the officials? It makes you look like a sore loser.Eh. We'll all survive. I can't blame the refs because it seemed like there were a few calls that went our way. It's our own fault. We could have come back, were it not for turnovers. Defense showed up brilliantly in the second half (considering the first).
You remember the late sixties Too?I know how most feel but I remember the bad years. Roll Tide and Alabama played not a good game but I Love this Team. ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Their first game against La. Tech was rescheduled for that open date.FWIW, TAMU was off on Oct 13.
Again, NO ONE is exclusively blaming the refs. All we're doing is pointing out some suspect calls and non-calls that had a huge effect on the game. The taunting and the helmet to helmet calls were obvious - it's not like holding. However, like I said, sooooooo many other valid reasons why we lost this game so why waste your breath on blaming the officials? It makes you look like a sore loser.
Virginia Tech fans do it after every Hokie loss.Is there some reason some people always blame the refs?
No, they have their hands full with UGA right now. UGA's up 14-0 in the 2nd qtr.Have the Barners rolled Toomers yet..Seeing how their world revolves around them wanting us to lose..It wouldn't shock me if they forgot about the Georgia game since we lost..
We emphasize bulk over speed and I think that philosophy bit us in the rear-end today.I think we need smaller DEs that are a little faster to keep these dual threat qbs contained.
