AC was supposed to pick Bells man and didn't. If he was in the corner of the endzone when he was supposed to be picking Bell's man near the goal line that explains why the play was utter failure.

He wasn't in the corner, but Amari was ahead of his man and looked like he could have made it to the corner if the football was thrown there. I didn't realize that it was a missed pick.
