as weird as it sounds, i think that sometimes theres a lot more to be learned from a loss than in a win...just look at last season...i think that it might help refocus the team on their objective now that its back in front of them...

I thought CNS subbed sometimes against Texas A&M just to slow the game down a little bit. Do you guys feel we are going to have yet another game package just for teams like A&M etc...?

I'd say that their defense sucks because of their offensive scheme. It doesn't work. No team with running HUNH has a consistently strong defense.

i don't really think we need to change anything about our defense. with better tackling, neither the LSU or aTm game would have been in doubt. its like coach saban always says, if you execute, it works.

Had AJ connected with the open receiver on the first series of the game, the entire flow of the first half may have changed. Our philosophy is fine. When we focus, execute, and protect the football, the way we are supposed to, no team in the country can beat us. We are the best team in the country, the best program in the country even in what was supposed to be a bit of a rebuilding year after losing over half our defense to the NFL. Not to mention one of the best offensive players we ever had. We have the smallest senior class in the country, and if anyone should be using the young team card it's Alabama...but what are we doing? We are in position to win the west, the SEC, and the BCS championship. We are on the road to 15!!!

See, that's the problem. AJ threw the ball. We are Alabama, and we are supposed to run the ball no matter the down or distance!
