Even after 2014, it's going to be easier at Cincy. For a year... After the BCS is done, the Big East has no guarantee of anything. Perhaps he got assurance of a move to another conference?

Easier to win, perhaps... But being lumped in to the "Other five" now, as the Big East is in 2014, I think they are stuck behind the 8 ball.Even after 2014, it's going to be easier at Cincy.
He could've done a lot better.South Florida has hired Willie Taggart from Western Kentucky.
Tennessee should have interviewed Tuberville. This really is the silly season.Tennessee should have interviewed Taggart...
Yup..He would've been a great hire for the viles..But..It's fun watching them continue making not so good hires that will keep them in a state of mediocrity..Tennessee should have interviewed Tuberville. This really is the silly season.
You would be fine with Tennessee hiring Taggart but don't like the Jones hiring? Doesn't make sense.Tennessee should have interviewed Taggart...
Better upside, and took WKU from nothing to a good team...You would be fine with Tennessee hiring Taggart but don't like the Jones hiring? Doesn't make sense.
From a quality of life stand point Colorado. Who would want to live in Wisconsin or especially Lubbock?Of the three jobs in major conference left (Colorado, Wisconsin, Texas Tech), which position do you (collectively) think is the most attractive?
yeah but Wisky cares about football. Colorado has no money, crap facilities and very little fan/alumni supportFrom a quality of life stand point Colorado. Who would want to live in Wisconsin or especially Lubbock?
Madison is actually a really nice town. From a quality of life stand point Colorado. Who would want to live in Wisconsin or especially Lubbock?
I'm sure it is for 9 months out of the year. Those winters takes a lot of getting used to.Madison is actually a really nice town.
It is a nice place, but you're right about the weather. I've been there in early August on a few different occasions, and temperatures would drop into the 50's in the evenings, which is not fun for someone born and raised in the South. "Jacket" and "August" are words never intended to be used in the same sentence. Nevertheless, Madison is probably the best option of the 3 jobs noted.I'm sure it is for 9 months out of the year. I'd imagine winters in Boulder get a little chilly as well.I'm sure it is for 9 months out of the year. Those winters takes a lot of getting used to.
I was raised in Illinois (not my fault, honest!) and spent a lot of time in Wisconsin. I've also lived and worked in Texas, and my favorite of the two (by far) is Texas. To be fair though, my opinion is due mainly to the fact that I hate cold weather. Wisconsin is known for two things - cheese and cold weather. No thanks.Who would want to live in Wisconsin or especially Lubbock?
