Can you imagine the amount of pressure that will be on him next season after he wins the Heisman? Crazy. Look how Scam is doing in the NFL in his second year. A lot of pressure on the young man.
Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! - Isaiah 5:20
I'll always look back as I walk away
This memory will last for eternity
And all of our tears will be lost in the rain
Til I find my way back to your arms again
Only a few people in the world have the ability to remember everything. I'm one of them. Pick any day of my life, and I can tell you what I saw or heard.
The best example of "hands off" parenting was Darth Vader.
...he just doesnt have the impact that a player like Manzeil or Klein does by affecting every play during a game.
Both those guys are more deserving of the heisman, IMO.
Manziel by several miles. Not even close. A&M is 6-6 or perhaps 7-5 without him. Any team he's on would benefit from his presence & leadership & skills. He demo'd his incredible abilities in the toughest defensive conference in the nation. Stats that blow away St. Tim's & Cam's. Plus, apparently he's a great young man too. Should be no contest.
"Let's see when we get a full body of work at the end of the season. If you get satisfied and you fall in love with yourself, you get complacent and lose your desire."
Te'o doesn't deserve it, IMO. He's not even the best LB in the country. But the Notre Dame angle will win it for him, I think.
Manziel deserves it hands down, for the Alabama game alone.
Manziel. The kid does some things that just aren't supposed to be doable by someone of his stature and physique.
