    Makes perfect sense. They wanted to ying our yang with fast paced offense. Petrino was vetoed by Jacobs and Malzahn was not far behind anyway.

    Coach Smart listened to what they had to say, but I doubt he was ever very serious. imo.

    I believe he is our internal coach in waiting, but I have not had much support for the position. We will know if Coach Smart is cool to future vacancies.

    For some reason I like Scab better since he's been on the radio. He's just hyper and highly opinionated and it comes out worse on paper. imo.
