If the ball were not caught by the slot receiver, Georgia would have been able to run one more play. Who knows what happens. Sometimes you just have to thank the football gods.

Yeah, that is something you have to tip your hat to pure luck. The deflection was planned but the deflection landing right in the quick out receiver's hands was pure luck. He was a spacing guy trying to draw the safety and linebackers down to make the fade throw more clear for Murray. He saw the ball and must have thought he was wide open for a walk in touchdown.

I agree. It is so hard for a WR to not have the instinct to catch the ball.
