No.Bo was a truly great athlete. Didn't see the show, but he even went hunting and caught some huge deer that made "The Sporting News" during the whole "Bo Knows" thing. I did love Wayne Gretzky: "No!"

Ken Donahue passed away in 2001.I'd like to go back and find the coach that told Bo he probably wouldn't even see playing time at Bama until probably his junior year. Oh brother. I heard him say that, and...ugh. Reminded me of Cadillac Williams waiting on Fran to come by his house and he never did which is why he went to Auburn. Double ouch!
As Selma says it was the approach in those days and you hardly heard of a freshmen coming in and playing at a big time school.I'd like to go back and find the coach that told Bo he probably wouldn't even see playing time at Bama until probably his junior year. I am not one of the 2.62. But I will catch it during one of the 10,000 times that ESPN rebroadcasts it.Make no mistake - the people still love Bo Jackson. Saturday's Bo doc earned ESPN's highest @30for30 rating ever: 2.62.
