I love this tradition and I am tickled about the charities as well!
I do hope Dreamland steps up its game on the ribs too. Last time we got them, they were too tough to eat. That was a first - Dreamland was swamped at the time and we were eating in-house (or in-shack) as it were. They made it right tho, and got us some that were easier to eat.
