i cannot understand how their coach has never gotten an offer from a bigger school.
Due to the current workload, the light at the end of the tunnel will be temporarily turned off.

I would bet he has gotten offers from bigger schools, but turned them down.

The coach's all-time record: 331-24 over 27 seasons. Half of those losses came within his first 6 seasons... So, in the last 21 seasons, he is 283-12 (96% win pct) with 10 national championships.
I know it's D-III, but I don't care if it's high school, that is an impressive record.

Without having to get up and go look, wonder if their game is on TV tonight. Anybody know?

I don't get why the coach doesn't give the team a banquet unless they win it all. I think that's a little harsh.

The guy has set a standard and the kids know what it is before they join the program.

Plus, not sure I would really question this guy's MO.

    Unbelievable consistency.
Every Stagg Bowl but two since 1996 has had Mount Union in the game. 14 of the last 16. I bet Coach Saban would be proud of that level of consistency.

    Impressive record no doubt.
Why did Tennessee choose orange as their team color? You can wear it to the game on Saturday, hunting on Sunday, and picking up trash along the highways the rest of the week.
