You don't think Stanford was their strongest opponent?Notre Dame will be lucky to get on the board, in my opinion. Their strongest opponent was Michigan.

And that's exactly what they did. You have a former NBA player, an NBA writer and Hugh Douglas. Such a sad mix to begin with and then they are talking about college football. Smh...I hate the name of that show "Numbers never lie." Numbers may not lie, but they can be manipulate to fit into anybody's arguement.
And one of those came on a fictionaly penalty in the Florida Atlantic game that gave them the 1st and goal anyway.2 or 3

They have a voting thing on Yahoo Sport's Sportstacular app on games. Alabama is only carrying the South, every other USA region is strongly pro-ND and the rest of the world too.Man, folks outside of us REALLY don't want Alabama to win...LOL.
Yeah and I really don't think games outside the regular season should count in the final regular season statistics. During the actual regular season we led the nation in scoring defense. They also played 1 less game than we did. We were #1 in scoring defense going into the SECCG. Their stumbling offense should have trouble.
This is the preferred analysis and I am in favor of this outcome.I think the game between Notre Dame and Alabama will be a replay of the Bama-Michigan State Bowl game.
Remember, Michigan State was supposed to have an awesome defense as well and by the middle of the third quarter Coach Saban was screaming, "Someone tackle the guy!!". That statement coming as Eddie Lacy ran 70 yards up the middle for a touchdown because Coach S. didn't want to embarrass the Spartans.
