Is there a link to ESPN's statement or was this just an urban legend?

    What is the world becoming
This is the beginning of a new day.God has given me this day to use as I will. I can waste it or or use it for good. What I do today is very important because Im exchanging a day of my life for it.When tommorow comes, this day will be gone forever. Leaving something in its place I have traded for it. I want it to be a gain, not loss - good, not evil. Success, not failure in order that I Shall not forget the price I paid for it.

I think it has drifted far enough to be moved to NS. The irony of the whole thing is that the news tonight was saying that he did his damage with his long gun and there is no formation nicknamed "rifle." I'd suspected that from the beginning from the amount on carnage, not saying that it couldn't be done with a handgun. Lord knows, Amy Bishop did enough damage here with her pistol (which jammed, saving some lives). She'd also had range practice as this kid had. Time to move it...

Honestly, if they were concerned with being sensitive, they could have simply NOT USED THE PHRASE. They didn't have to bring it up. That makes it seem less about being sensitive and more about being seen being sensitive.
