I'll buy Chris Carter dinner any time he'd like to join me. He's a class act and I hope he stays a "Friend of the Program".
I doubt most voters would want someone like that to have a position within the highest levels of U.S. government.
"If it feels good, then you're not doing it right" - Coach Scott Cochran
"Sharing a conference with Nick Saban is like sharing a steak with a lion. Only one of you wins that battle. And it's not you." - Gregg Doyel
Cris has been saying this for days. Glad someone is listening.
"There are two pains in life. There is the pain of discipline and the pain of disappointment. If you can handle the pain of discipline, then you'll never have to deal with the pain of disappointment." - Nick Saban

Please note my comment about Craig James was only meant to make fun of him. It was in no way meant to have any political connotation. Unfortunately, since he has attempted to become a professional politician, that is probably inevitable. But, again, back on points: (1) Cris Carter speaking highly of Saban despite how the Duron situation ended, and (2) Craig James is a dummy.
This was a great interview. Carter is not only saying that Saban won't leave. He's saying that Saban would be crazy to leave, because he's got a better job at Alabama!
Wonder if Cris will still attend practices and be a "preferred guest" even now that Duron is not there anymore.
Class guy. I think he understands Saban a lot better than all of these other ESPN nemrods.
I had not seen this posted yet.
AL.com is reporting that Duron Carter is declaring for NFL draft.
Former Alabama WR Duron Carter no longer part of the Florida Atlantic program
He'll probably be a late round pick or free agent.
