It may not be against the rules, but its what causes the helmet to helmet contact, when the offensive player lowers his helmet to brace for the hit..

IIRC, contact to the head or neck area is only a penalty if the player being contacted is considered a defenseless player.

Hill has made some great plays but I think the left B-gap had the first down for him. He gets too cute sometimes which is why he probably doesn't get all the snaps he should be his numbers.

Mettenberger is holding the ball way to long tonight. He either needs to learn to check the ball down or scramble a little bit to give himself some more time.
