Add Vandy to that first group. USCe.....closer to the second, but somehow won.

FIFY! They don't call them "PITTiful" without reason.

Had a buddy, who played in their band. I can not post the band's version of "Hail to Pitt", without invoking a permanent vacation. Let's just say mediocrity (at best) has long been the standard there.

Every bowl game I have gotten watch has had very bad officiating. And in the games that have had an SEC team palaying, the bad calls or no calls have favored the non-SEC team. Last night there were several times I thought OU could have been nailed with facemask penalties but were not. Same thing with pass interference, but A&M could not look cross-eyed at an Oklahoma without drawing a flag.
The best thing to ever come out of Tennessee...I-65 heading south.

That is great for Compass. I have a lot of family and friends that work for Compass. In the years past, they had to give away tickets for a good crowd.

Great win for Ole Miss...Freeze looks like he has lots of potential, and I like him so far as a coach. I saw lots of their fans around Birmingham and north of town this morning, so it obviously was a good boost for the local businesses!

I think it was one of the largest crowds of all the bowls.

That upper deck was never safe IMO. It was condemned before it was ever opened. Welders worked during the Friday night HS game and throughout the night attempting to reinforce it enough to be used for the Bama game the next day. Couldn't be done. Ticket holders were allowed to sit in the aisles in the lower level. I attended both the HS game and the Bama game so I saw the welders on Friday night and was one of the sardines packed in the stadium on Saturday.
