With Maryland and Rutgers in the fold, calling it anything related to the Midwest is out. While the SEC really 100% southeast anymore, at least every school is in a state that is touching at least one other league state.

For anyone out there who recalls the broadcast of the 1995 Citrus Bowl, Alabama vs. Ohio State, Jay Barker's last game... I believe this is from a quote from Jon Stevenson about Ohio State's athleticism:
"Slow" and "Lack of foot speed."

They could categorize them by the number of points the SEC representative would be favored over them in a BCS championship game.
