I'm assuming the people who hired Kiffen were adults that thought they were making the best decision for USC, but how they could have expected anything different from Kiffen is beyond me.
USC obviously needs new leadership in the hiring department.

They have it now. The AD that hired kiffy was as dirty as they come. The current AD is not a fan.
