why wait, the polite thing to do would be to change the title of this thread that uses a term other than class. It gives the player way to much credit or should i say credd.
Sitting at my desk and trying to come up with a response to your posts. Unfortunately, the only responses I have are ones that I would later regret because I would get a suspension.

I agree with you...and can someone please tell me what Shariff Floyd's thank you letter has to do with Barrett Jones?

Good luck to Shariff Floyd!

Sounds like a dear john letter to me. Its ok i guess. But when it comes to classy moves he's no barrett jones. He should stay and get a degree and help mushchamp win a national championship. Heck anybody can write a letter. What you do speaks so loud i cant hear what you say.
I think it was a unique way him to let them know he was leaving for the NFL. We all know that the players are playing college ball for a chance to make it to the pro's. I hate to lose a player to the NFL early, but I do not blame them for leaving early to make money and fullfill their dreams. Also some players understand that an education will help them long after their careers are over. It is their life and they have to live with the choices they make. I also think that the prospect of going pro early is what helps our recruiting.

I liked Joeckel's letter to Texas A & M better.

He thanked the administration for making the decision to join the SEC and allowing them to compete with the best and show their talents on a national stage.
