Maybe it's now politically incorrect to include that detail? :conf2:Was it a female student? I never saw that detail mentioned.
The attempt, by the T and F coach and her legal team, is to show different punishments for the "same crime" due to gender, sexual orientation, maybe even race, who knows. If the two indiscretions are deemed similar there could be a serious disaster on the horizon for UT athletics.Unless his girlfriend was a trainer or someone connected to the team in some way I don't see the problem from a legal standpoint. Maybe someone who understands the law better than I do (which would be ust about everyone) can explain it to me. I know Gottfried had a similar problem here, but he was a head coach. I know it looks bad, but would it be a problem if he wre an English professor?
I'd love to share that sentiment. Dubose and Price prevent me from crowing. Still,,, if it's bad for Texas it's good for me.Hahahahahahahaha
Even though the "incident" happened before the game?If only Colt had not gotten hurt, none of this would be happening. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the sentiment in Austin...
Applewhite did the trainer. So Football Karma demanded a sacrifice. So Colt had to get hurt, and there's been a disturbance in The Force ever since.Even though the "incident" happened before the game?
LOL. Never doubt the ability of a UT fan to twist it to make the connection.Even though the "incident" happened before the game?
Same thing crossed my mind. Seeing the pix of the trainer in question, he's pretty non-discriminating. Of course, his wife was nine months pregnant and about to deliver...LOL. Never doubt the ability of a UT fan to twist it to make the connection.
BTW, I'm sure glad Applewhite was long gone from UA when this happened. For a number of reasons!
You're not kidding.Same thing crossed my mind. Seeing the pix of the trainer in question, he's pretty non-discriminating.
Yah, I read that and I mean, I get it and all, but wow...Of course, his wife was nine months pregnant and about to deliver...
Actually the fired coach, Bev Kearney, had a better-looking romantic interest...You're not kidding.
Yah, I read that and I mean, I get it and all, but wow...
Stay classy, Major!
You have piqued my interest on this. Do you have links that show both of their interests (or the search criteria used to find them on google)?Actually the fired coach, Bev Kearney, had a better-looking romantic interest...
What a disgusting waste of human space. *stopping now so I don't get banned.* :biggrin2:Same thing crossed my mind. Seeing the pix of the trainer in question, he's pretty non-discriminating. Of course, his wife was nine months pregnant and about to deliver...
