    Great analysis.

I loved the word "absconded" in reference to Collins and a maybe recruit at Hogsville. Best vocabulary word to describe what actually happened in this case.

Good read. Thanks. I'd bet OT is our primary focus next year followed closely by S and TE.

Little tidbit about the state of SC's recruiting and how USCe did with it:

The state of South Carolina had 4 players on ESPN's Top 300 recruits. The Gamecocks didn't sign a single one (Clemson 2, UGA 1, & Ohio St 1)

    Article is wrong. A&M is either 2 or 3 - NOT 6.

I'm sure the word "aggie" in your name has no affect on your post, right?

A&M is closer to 6th than 3rd, so the rankings are fairly accurate imo.

Don't be so upset. You're used to the Big 12. Sixth in the SEC is good enough for about 8th in the country. A&M will be fine.

Just curious, but who ranked Aggie 2 or 3 in the SEC? Rivals had them at 6 and ESPN had them at 5. Oh, Scout. Nevermind.

Spurrier has absolutely dominated in-state recruiting in SC the past 4 years. He did not make it 5 years in a row. Luckily this was an off year for SC talent.

    Why 'luckily'?
