deadline for loi for the remaining 2013 unsigned recruits

is there a set time table for 2013 recruits to sign with teams that have not done so.

I am not sure what the final deadline is for joining a team. I know the NLI has a date set of April but players can still commit and join any time after that. The NLI just protects the player by getting them to semesters in college paid for and protects the school by not letting the player go elsewhere for atleast a year. Denzel Nkemdichee committed to Ole miss in May last year once he found out he qualified. I think for scholarship reporting it has to be done by June or July 1st.

Josh McNeil was a long time commit that had trouble academically but he has not signed with anyone...I wonder if we get word that he gets cleared would we take him into the fold?

Griffin was also committed to TAMU for a long time and finally signed but instead with Miami.
